These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of app-airwallex's global payments infrastructure and API services. Please read them carefully before using our platform.
By accessing or using app-airwallex and its API services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.
app-airwallex provides global payments infrastructure via API, enabling businesses to send, receive, and manage cross-border payments. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time with reasonable notice.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and keep your account credentials confidential. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
All fees are charged in accordance with the pricing schedule available at our Pricing page. Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or explicitly stated in a separate agreement. We reserve the right to update pricing with 30 days' written notice.
Your use of the app-airwallex API is subject to rate limits and usage quotas defined in your plan. Exceeding these limits may result in throttling or temporary suspension. API keys must not be shared publicly or embedded in client-side code.
All content, trademarks, software, APIs, and documentation provided by app-airwallex remain the exclusive property of app-airwallex and its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service solely for your internal business purposes.
You may not use app-airwallex for any unlawful purpose, to facilitate money laundering, fraud, sanctions evasion, or any activity prohibited by applicable financial regulations. Reverse engineering, reselling, or sublicensing the API without written consent is strictly prohibited.
We collect and process personal and financial data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the service, you consent to such processing and warrant that you have obtained all necessary consents from your own end users where required.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free or that defects will be corrected.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, app-airwallex's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or the service shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim. In no event shall we be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
Either party may terminate these Terms at any time with 30 days' written notice. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach these Terms or if continued access poses legal, security, or financial risk. Upon termination, all licenses granted hereunder cease immediately.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong SAR, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong SAR.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or in-platform notification at least 14 days before changes take effect. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
